Prints

Note: Purchased images - either printed or downloaded - are not watermarked (the watermark is my logo superimposed on the images that you see on this web site).

You can buy prints and stuff by clicking the Buy or Buy Photos button.  If you don't see a Buy or Buy Photos button, the images in the gallery are not available for purchase and there's no need to read any further.

The dimensions of the prints you can buy on this site are limited to a set of standard sizes. Some of the photos I post may be cropped to non-standard sizes, or you may not like the mounting or merchandise options available.

If this is the case, please check my other sites at crated.com and Redbubble. If you see a mounting format or product that you'd like to have a photo printed on, please let me know and I'll make it available. Use the Contact link at the top of this page.

Downloads

You can also download the photos so you can use them as profile pictures on your social media sites or for sharing with others. If you want to create prints from the downloaded photos, the resolution of the download you buy will limit the size of the prints you can make. Here's a guideline:

Web Size (640 x 480) - Great for profile pictures and good for prints up to 2" x 3". 4" x 6" prints will be just OK, but anything larger won't look good at all.

Low-Res (1 Mpix) - Photo quality for prints up to 4" x 6" and OK for prints up to 8" x 10". Don't go larger.

Hi-Res (4 Mpix) - Photo quality for prints up to 8" x 10" and usable up to 20" x 30".

Original - most of the original photos I post are in excess of 10 Mpix in size (depending on how they're cropped they may be smaller). You'll get photo quality results for prints up to 20" x 30", and possibly larger.

Licensing

Depending on the gallery from which you're buying the photos, you may be given a licensing option. Please read and respect the licensing terms.

The commercial license is much pricier because it allows you to make money from the photos, while the personal one is, as it's name implies, for personal use.

Bands: you can use photos that you download under the personal license for flyers and tickets, but for merch please buy under the commercial license.

If you'd like to discuss other licensing options, such as revenue/profit sharing, please contact me using the contact link at the top of this page.
